Kara graduated from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH with a BS in Nursing. She enjoyed working in the ICU at Elliot Hospital for several years.

She then attended Rivier University, earning an MS in Nursing. After obtaining her licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she served hundreds of patients as a primary care provider for many years. Looking to gain new skills and further her education, Kara ventured into the world of medical esthetics and never looked back. She purchased Meredith Bay Laser and Skin Care Center in 2018.

Kara’s passion for patient-focused, result-driven care is abundantly evident in her work. She listens to her patients' concerns, needs, and goals. She prioritizes patient comfort and positive outcomes. While the world of medical esthetics can be overwhelming at times, Kara strives to be a resource to help guide her patients through the process. She warmly invites everyone into Meredith Bay Laser, ensuring that all individuals regardless of age, gender, or financial standing are warmly welcomed when they walk through the door.
